Average Delivery Times
At Tmat Europe, we aim to offer the best price–quality ratio. That’s why we ship our products directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This allows us to save significantly on transportation, storage, packaging, and handling costs. We are happy to pass these savings on to you, so you always pay a fair price.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
We offer fast delivery across Europe and the UK, with an average delivery time of 3–14 working days, depending on the destination.
During November and December, delivery times may extend to 15+ days due to increased order volumes during Black Friday and the holiday season.
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays.
All delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances are beyond our control. Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk are transferred to the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included and are calculated based on the weight (kilograms) of the package and the destination country.
The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Order Confirmation & Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your Track & Trace code by email.
You can track your order via our 17Tracking Page. Track & Trace usually becomes active 2–3 days after placing your order, and in some cases up to 5 days.
Most packages within the Netherlands are delivered by DHL, but this may vary per order and destination.
